Each day, laptop and children permitting, Iโll share a prompt thatโs been on my mind, and a few of my thoughts.
You are welcome to share your own perspective in the comments, or just journal it out!
How do I “recharge”?
I usually recharge with prayer, chocolate, and a good book or TV show.
I also love quality time with my spouse and my kids.
It’s a funny mix of alone time versus family time.
Sometimes, I like to write to get my feelings out. Or play music. Or the dreaded “talk about it” ๐.
How do you recharge? Do you prefer alone time or socialization? What would you do if you could choose to do anything?

Alone time, definitely– well, except for a cat or two. ๐ธ Their purring while sitting/lying on my lap is very relaxing. Controlled breathing helps too.

That does sound very relaxing! I use controlled breathing a lot myself.

That seems to be the consensus!

Probably because most of the extreme extroverts out there aren’t spending their time commenting on blogs and podcasts.

Alone for me! I rarely get a chance and itโs nice to be able to read my kindle or write.
