My favorite way to add movement to my day…
I’ve tried to be less rigid about exercise lately, and find activities that I truly enjoy. Today, I took my kids to the park and jogged circles around the playground area 😂. Some days we just walk together. Other days I do squats. Or a dance party.
My goal is just to listen more closely and find ways to make it a habit, rather than a “have to”.
