Today on the podcast, I talk about one of my favorite self-development tips: it’s okay to take a break. …even from self-development ๐Ÿ˜‚.

In fact, sometimes shifting our focus, fun, and rest, is exactly what we need.

I also share two secrets for more peace in our daily lives: alignment, and understanding that what is urgent might not necessarily be important (and vice versa).
